No overclocking software works on my pc

I have a gpu that works at 68 celsius, max, but no overclocking works for me.
cpu:amd 4300m (3 Ghz)
gpu:radeon hd 7420g (654 Mhz)
Motherboard:amd hudson-D3/M3

Its a prevuilt, I am not surprised.

If you are looking to overclock your CPU, that should not be done in Windows, but in the BIOS.
Since you have a prebuilt, that won't work.

But your hardware does not support OCing anyway, even if it were not a locked up prebuilt PC.

Why are you TRYING to OC?
To play a game?
