I'm building a HTPC and I've already purchased the A6-5400k CPU. My original plan was to use the integrated GPU and stream netlfix, amazon as well as my own personal digital media storage. I will not do any gaming or anything at all but may eventually grab a TV tuner.

My motherboard has an HDMI output already. Will the integrated GPU be enough? I don't want my CPU usage to be insane and cause undue wear and tear. I have an old Radeon 5770 that I can stick in the HTPC if that would perform better. I was planning on selling it but will maintain it if it'd be a better alternative.

the APU will be more then enough for doing the basics of web browsing and movie watching, that's mainly what they are for. it would perfrom slightly better, if you were actually pushing the computer with gaming/overclocking with the gpu but you arent, so just sell it.
