Would this PSU be enough for two 7950s Crossfire?

Yes it will, but your system will pull around 620W-630W. It won't leave you much headroom to add things and you will cause your PSU's fan to spin at its maximum speed, adding to the noise already caused by the two graphics card.

Use this to find the exact wattage pulled by your system. http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.js...

So a 750 would be a better choice, as i would give me the oppurtunity to OC both cpu and gpu? :)

Yeah... But i've been so stupid that i've already bought the 650w 2 weeks ago. Don't know if i'll be able to return it to a 750w.
