what mobo drivers should i install for a new built PC?

Either with a CD or downloading using internet(in other pc) and installing it using pen drive..

the DVD that came up with the mobo has lots of folders ...
like antivirus
audio
boot
bootDrv
Chipset
Lang
Network
new
other
release
utility
and some files like :
APinstall
Autorun
boot.catalog
check_vista
and some other files ..

if get into the gigabyte website for downloading the drivers for my mobo .( GA B75M D3H)

i see only few options .

Audio
Chipset ( 2 drivers )
LAn (2 drivers )
Sata Raid (2 drivers)
USB3.0
VGA

so can i dowload only the drivers(all drivers) mentioned in the site and install ? if i do that will i miss any sort of drivers ( because , it looks for me that DVD holds more number of foldersand so drivers))

what to do ? how to do ?

More about mobo drivers install built
  1. Usually go to Autorun on the CD it'll install all the necessary files, and usually enable the NIC. After that you could download any recent drivers that were updated.

how can i check the driver versions of various drivers(after installing cd) , so that i can download only the updated drivers ...

BTW , don't my pc have drivers now ( i didn;t put the drive DVD yet ) . its detecting usb devices , keyboard is working , mouse is working .. so it must have drivers right now right ?
