this solution does not work and the pc does not beep, it remains as with the fan running at maximum.does this mother board is dead?

ps: I tested the cpu on another mother board and it works normally.

It may be dead, but did you also check the power supply? Does it beep if no memory is installed? Check what happens if only the CPU is installed (no video card, no hard disk, etc.) Unless you can find an inexpensive one, I'm not convinced it's worth replacing the motherboard in such an old system.
