I recently built a gaming pc i've connected all the wire to the motherboard in the right spot everything is good but when i turn on my monitor nothing loads up and the pc makes no beeps and it's all black i have not even installed windows on it because I cannot see the screen.
My graphics card needs to have a 4 and 8 pin power connector but i only have a 4 pin at the moment is that a reason why it might not work and I also tried to connect my monitor to my graphics card and my motherboard but none of them worked.

Specs
GTX 480
AMD Phenom II X4
ASUS CFX Hyrbrid M4A78LT-M LE
Cooler Master Silent Pro GOLD 600 watt
4 Gigs DDR3 Ram
Western Digital 500 gigs

what version of the x4 cpu do you have it ? the the motherboard says it only supports 95wat cpus. And I don't think nvidia is supported on that MB either and yes you would need a 6 + 8 pin power if it did support it. It looks like it has onboard graphics so take the gtx out and plug into onboard.

*checked and it looks like the MB does support the card but you will need both the 6+8 pin power connected. So take it out and try using onboard graphics till you do, to see if you have any other problems.
