Mother board for i-5 3570?

I am relatively naive to the computers overall. I am planning to build a budget PC. I am primarily going to use it to run a simulation software where quad cores and high clock speed would make it run faster. 3570 seems to best fit this criteria. I don't need any extra GPU just planning to use the 2500 in the processor. Would install 8gb ram 500gb hdd and enough power supply. Looking for a good mobo? I am not planning to overclock.

I already have display so i am planning to spend about 500$ for the processing unit. This i am buying only for simulation software runs and since i would relocate soon and cant take the PC with me i am not willing to spend much. Initially i thought for Gigabyte H-77 D3H but it seems that B-75 should be sufficient if am not OC and gaming. How is Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H, here in India its little cheaper than Asus.
