It should do, man. It's got a PCIE-3 slot, which'll take pretty much any PCIE card. ALthough I imagine that'll be the least of your problems: which version of the 7990 are you using? You're going to want an 80+ rated PSU, at least. That's not optional, considering that even the most power efficient version draws up to 500 W at full load. Furthermore, you're gonna want a case that's not only able to fit such a large card, but is also able to keep it constantly supplied with enough air to support its hefty heat requirements. And, if you're buying the HIS, ASUS, or Powercolour variants, you're going to need to make sure that you can secure such a heavy card so that it doesn't fall off and tear your motherboard. This is not a card that can be carried around to LAN parties.

Frankly, this card is a lot of work, and while it's a good deal price-wise, I can't really see the benefit of having one over, say, 2 7970's in crossfire in the case, apart from saving a few PCIE slots.
