Looking for a small, full HD TV/monitor that I can plug both my consoles and PC into

So I am moving away to uni soon and want to take my PC and a few of my consoles with me. I currently use a Dell uh2312hm for my PC and a Phillips 32 inch flat-screen TV for my games consoles (I'm not sure what model it is, but it's quite old now, I believe it was one of the first 32" TVs to output in full HD). I want to get something new for uni which I can plug everything into and use as my sole display. It needs to be smaller than 32", anything between 22-29 should be ok (though preferably around 26 I guess) and ideally needs to output in full 1920x1080 HD, as my current monitor (and TV) does.

The consoles I'll be taking are not just my PS3/Xbox 360 and HDMI compatible consoles, but also my PS2, which uses the red/white/yellow AV cables so it'll need a port for that too, that's important. I will be doing most of my work on my PC, as well as gaming on it too.

The only other requirement is that it will have to be able to output in NTSC format, as I will be using the consoles primarily to play games in Japanese which are NTSC/J region. My current Phillips TV has no problem playing them, and I've heard most modern TVs should be able to do this fine, but I don't know about monitors? I can't test out my current monitor without getting some sort of adapter cable as it doesn't have an HDMI port.

Can anyone help me or give me some advice on what would be best to get? Is there anything specific I need to pay attention to or would most TVs/monitors do what I want? It looks to me like a TV would be a better option because they would have all the ports I need.

I don't want to spend too much, most of the TVs/monitors I've seen with the specs specified seem to be around 200-350 quid which should be fine. Or perhaps is there an option whereby I could connect my consoles up to my current monitor? If that's feasible then that'd be even better, but as far as I've researched connecting a PS2 up to a monitor via signal or passive adapters is a bit tricky and the performance drop is quite bad.

Thanks in advance!

You may be able to use this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0028MF260/ref=cm_cd_asin_lnk

which would allow you to use your current TV, but with up to 3 HDMI devices plugged into 1 HDMI port on the TV. I'm assuming, of course, that your Phillips TV already has the A/V port for your PS2, and that your PC will output in HDMI. The description also mentions an HDMI to DVI adapter which should allow you to use it with your current monitor instead of the TV.

Here's a link for the adapters

I should have clarified that I don't want to take my current TV with me because it is too big, but that looks interesting. With the HDMI to DVI adaptor I could plug my PS3/360 into my monitor, but I still wouldn't have any means of connecting my PS2 up to my monitor would I?

Yes my TV has all the ports I need and more, I use that for my consoles, I suppose if I can use that to connect my PC up to my TV then I could consider taking it, but I'd really prefer buying something a bit smaller/using my monitor. (Just checked and my PC has an HDMI port so I wouldn't even need that if going from PC to TV as the TV already has 3 HDMI ports)

Thanks, I've just checked it out and it seems to have a composite port too, that's the red/yellow/white port that I can use with my PS2 right? If so then it might be just what I've been looking for.
