Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H or ASUS Z87-A for i5 4670k?

Hey guys

I was leaning towards the UD3H until I found out the Maximum FSB frequency was 266Mhz compared to ASUS Z87-A with 300Mhz. Does that make much difference? I will be overclocking with fans.

I was also considering the ASUS Gryphon.
