Windows Media Player problem

I go and watch a film i get this problem http://i44.tinypic.com/2vaju4z.jpg thanks, movie dont play just shows picture, tried it with a view, i tried reinstalling etc same problem still ? any help

Where did this movie come from? Format? Media?
Does it play properly in anything else? VLC, for instance.

works fine in VLC, come form torrent ? tried loads none work

If it works fine in VLC, then there is a codec that WMP isn't recognizing. I prefer to not bother with that hassle, and just use VLC for all my video needs.
