we need more info when you turn it on all you se is that? do you see a power led? have you checked the cables? how about that the monitor is turned on?

when I press the power button I see a green light then it turns red, the fans inside run , the cd deck works . I can hear every sound i used to hear when it was normally operating ..On the screen nothing is displayed beside the black colour

ok have you check that the monitor is running? that its is hocked ot the right output? have you tried disconecting and reconecting the cables? swiching imputs on you monior?
