Which one is the better? GTX680 HD7970 or others

Hi, I am going to buy a new computer but I cannot decide on which graphics cards to buy ( Around $500-$700 USD)
I was planning to buy Asus 7970 Matrix but my friend recommend me to get GTX680, so which one is better and what is the BEST GTX680. Is there any other graphics card that perform better than 7970 and GTX680 but within $700USD?

Stick with Nvidia so you can enable the advanced PhysX effects in the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts, Batman: Arkham Origins, and Witcher 3.

i love gtx 680 msi twin forzr 3,i i have hd 7970 and is no good gtx 680 is 15-25 fps better,dont bay matrix no good oc i have matrix and sel and bay gtx 680 twin forz 3 and is the best

no gtx 770 is 10%faster of gtx 680 i buy gtx 680 3 days ago and i lovet every game i play on max,gtx 770 is cast money in drainhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQAbBU43mpo
