CPU Upgrade for Dell Inspiron 1750 Laptop?

Hi all,

Can I upgrade the processor? If so to what maximum? Also is it possible I can add more RAM to this x86 system? For example x2 4GB modules? Or is 3GB my limit?

Current System:

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz, 2100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 3.00 GB

System Type: X86-based PC

Lonewolf is partly wrong. the 1750 can be be 'o's'
updated. To 64bit. therefore. U can go more memory...I changed mine from vista32 to win7 64bit
I realize posts were old

You can yes but you do have to dismantle your laptop, I bought a P8700 @ 2.53GHz of ebay for £8 and it works great and with 4GB of ram it runs windows 7 64bt just fine. It is a major job though if you are used to stripping laptops apart.
