Approximate Purchase Date: In the next few weeks / when I am sure what I need
Budget Range: Whatever it takes
System Usage: Skyrim (no mods) / ESO / Photoshop / Eclipse
Reusing: Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse/SSD/HDD/Optical drives/Win 7 Pro/ATX mid tower
Parts to Upgrade: Mobo/CPU/PSU/RAM/VGA
Preferred Website for Parts: Newegg
Parts Preferences: Intel Haswell CPU, Asus/Gigabyte/MSI mobo
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050 or 1920x1080. I have two, but don't use them at the same time.
Additional Comments: I play Halo/BF/CoD/FPS in general on XBox, I just need this to play Skyrim / ESO / MMOs in general.
Why Are You Upgrading: My current system is 5 years old and too slow for large group play in the latest MMOs.
Questions: Is 660W enough? If not, how much power would you recommend? And what if I decide NOT to o/c. What mobo and cpu then?

If I o/c, I was thinking:
