I get Massive frame drops on black ops 2

I get massive frame drops on black ops 2, it goes from 150-20 fps randomly, if I changed the settings and I still get the same result, yes I updated all my video card drivers.
Specs:
Sapphire HD Radeon 7770 Ghz Edition
AMD FX-6300
4GB ram 1333Mhz Drr3

A Bunch of thing you should try.

Overclock your CPU a little.
Clean your case of dust especially the CPU and GPU fan.
Also is your power supply up for the job a bad power supply can cause frame drops and also in the the worst case fry your pc

Well I leave my case open and the temperature of my gpu rises a lot when I play, Usually I get around 30 degrees celsius but when I play Black ops 2 I get around 50 degrees celsius. My cpu is normal to

50c is great for a a gpu.
I know you have mentioned you have updated your drivers but sometimes that doesn't help.

1)Go to the desktop screen
2)Right click and go to screen resolution
3)Click advanced settings
4)Something should pop up click properties
5)Something else should pop up, so just click on drivers
6)Uninstall
7)Download some older drivers from the amd website

I tried that and I'm still getting fps drops... Any other ideas?
