I recently bought a new pc with i5 3330 (3.0 ghz) processor and gigabyte h61m-ds2 motherboard with windows 7 ! When i plug in an audio device in the front audio jack the windows does not tell me that i have plugged in an audio device as it usually does ! However if through the realtek audio manager i disable front audio device detection the jack works, although both my headphones (plugged in the front jack) and the rear speakers work together even when i have enabled the option of cutting off the rear audio when front audio device is detected on my realtek manager ! Is my motherboard at fault or the cabinet with the front jack ? Or is something wrong with my operating system ? Thanks in advance !
