I currently have 2 SSD coming from Newegg a 250 and a 120 but i can get a 500 for the same price plus the extra Space , should i buy 1 500 and put the OS and games or keep them separate sacrificing the extra space?

That introduces a little variation into the decision. But in reality, the regular or Pro will last years/decades.

128+256
Easily separate the OS and applications/games

512
A little more space for the same price.

It's almost a tossup either way.

Assuming same quality/manufacturer/product line, a 500 will be marginally faster than either a 128 or 256. Not that you'd actually notice the difference in real world ops, but in theory...faster.
And for the same price? I'd get the 500.
