I have a budget of around £200. I'm looking to get the best gaming monitor that my budget will allow, due to the fact that I am getting a new gaming pc. I would prefer 1080p so that i can run high fps with my gtx 760 graphics card, and i would like a 27 inch screen. I've heard that IPS is better for gaming, but if there is a decent TN monitor then i am open to change my mind. Also I'm in the UK so newegg isn't particularly good for me.

Thanks everyone :)

Honestly for 27" i would go 1440p. By getting a 27" 1080p the picture will look blown up and not as sharp so aim for a 23" 24" 1080p ..Have a look here

But wouldn't that drastically decrease the fps/performance? And would I be able to afford a decent 1440p monitor with my limited budget? Thanks for your input though :)

You could go 1440p but with the 760 your going to have to cut down some settings to make it work and possible go sli but since your on a limited budget i would honestly recommend a IPS 23" 24" 1080p monitor
