Windows 7 Restore Problems

Hi,

I have just purchased a PC with trial of windows ultimate 64 bit and now every time i open an app it says user32.dll error so i cant use anything. I don't know how this has happened and it is unexpected. I have purchased a new windows disc and key but i don't know how to restore. As it is custom made there is nothing on the startup repair. When i go in control panel and then advanced recovery settings, nothing happens so i cant restore from there either. Any ideas?

Just insert the disc into the disc drive and click on the Start Button > and in the Search bar, or Run command type SFC /SCANNOW and press Enter... SFC (System File Checker) will scan the system for missing or currupt files and replace them with fresh ones from the installation disc.
