I have a new laptop. All the data was transferred and I am trying to get everything back to looking the same. I use Google Chrome. All my favorites saved, but the bottom part of the screen where the toolbar icons appear did not. How do I bring them back up?

Have you tried to sign in your google chrome on the old one and the new one so the google chromes can sync everyting between them?
