EVGA is the way to go. ASUS is a close second, but evgas customer service and support is one of the best on the market, the quality is amazing as well. Also their ACX cooler models cant be beaten on Nvidia cards. They also look nice which is a good side note.

If you plan on using it for around 4 years i'd recommend evga's due to good build quality and the best warranty in the business. As for the minor clock differences you will not notice much of an improvement.
