What is the maximum safe temperature for a CPU socket on the motherboard?

Well at 180+ Celsius (360 F) solder starts to melt, so that could screw up board connections(would be worse for on-board chips). Although I suppose the actual socket would still be ok, as it would get soldered in at the factory and could easily take 180 C. What are the pins? Gold plated copper, that would melt much higher up.
