Budget Range: 600-700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: smoothly run Gaming, watching movies, surfing the internet.

I mostly want to be able to do all 3 at the same time easily. high graphics gaming isn't an issue. I just want to be able to play games like Dota 2 and LoL or Civ 5 on max settings and have other things running in the background no prob.

Parts Not Required: I don't need a monitor or mouse or keyboard or speakers

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: no preference

Country: USA

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

It's been like four years since I got a new computer so I'm totally out of sense as to what is good or not, and now I know building a computer is the best way to get the most bang for your buck, but advice on a build in the $600-700 range would be great. Thanks again.
