I recently purchased a Logitech h390 headset after my last one broke. My last one didnt have/cause any problems. After I got this headset, I have continually had sound cutouts, which is annoying due to me being a gamer and being in contact with people I am gaming with. I have found out that Windows Audio crashes when the sound cut outs happen, and I have to continually restart it. I have also found out that these crashes are not common with this headset. I would really like a fix to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
that the windows audio panel you dont have any realtek panel check under control panel it should be there if you have the driver installed for it that the one we need to work with .

The headset has no drivers. There aren't any available from the manufacture either. And how would I check the audio chipset settings? In BIOS?

Ok. I can give you the link where the drivers and crap are supposed to be. My Motherboard is an Asus Z87-Pro. How would one access the os panel?

Yea I got the drivers for it with my motherboard. I guess I will try to update those. Here is the link for where the drivers are supposed to be for the headset. See for yourself. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/3621

I tried downloading from the Drivers site you provided, and I did a driver scan and it said it was outdated. I dont know if the driver scan is lying (it most probably is) or what. I think the problem isnt Realtek, its Windows Audio. I here a pop in my headset when the crash happens and I go to volume mixer, and it looks frozen. The green bar is all the way up like it just froze. Its weird and I would like to get this fixed. I am tired of alt-tabing out for sound fixes. If I cant get a solution here, the best I can ask is that if you know of any good headsets that are cheap in the 30-40 dollar price range?
