my pc power vs current consoles

so i was wondering if my PC hardware is stronger than the current gen consoles. (random)

GPU: 1 660ti pe oc, core clock (1215mhz), 2gb gddr5 memory clock (3450mhz)=6900mhz

CPU: fx-8350 @4.2ghz max vcore 1.320v (stcok cooler: max temp 50c)

HDD: 2TB

PSU: 650w (+80 bronze certified)

RAM: 16gb 1600mhz

In raw power yours is significantly better. But console developement is different. They may have less raw performance but over the time developer can optimize the performance due to familiarity to the system. Anyway why did you ask?
