cpu upgrade path ivy or haswell

Planning to upgrade from i3-2100 on a dh61ww to an i-5 system. But should i upgrade to a budget haswell system with i5-4430 on b85 mainboard or just upgrade to i5-3330p. is the upgrade to haswell worth it?

for gaming (BF3),with GTX 760

Well since haswell isn't worth the money and broadwell will require a new motherboard ( go figure right... there is a big surprise) I'd just go with Ivy since there is no sense in investing the extra $$ in to 1150 atm.
