Custom pc cutting off wifi.

I built my own system for gaming back in 2010 and for the last 2 years nothing has ever happen with the internet until now. Every time I turn on my pc now it cuts off all wireless access to all devices or some of them which those that still have a connection would have INCREDIBILITY slow speed. This is a random factor and I tried debugging it by removing parts thinking one of them might be the problem but nothing worked. anything plugged by wire works just fine not the wireless. I don't know if its because of the replacement MB I got or I messed with something I shouldn't have. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you tried to change your wireless channel on your router at all? It shouldn't happen but it may be possible for your machine to be cancelling out your current wireless signal.

I don't know that much about networking but I did mess with the settings of my router one at a time and nothing worked. I even went as far as plugging my pc as far away from the router without connecting to the router wired or wireless and it still cuts off all connection. When you said 'machine' do you mean my 'router' or my pc, cause if it is my pc cutting off connections, what should I do?
