getting a blue screen lock up randomly while only on the internet so far. it started after I was playing BF3 and it was stuck on a black loading screen between games and I had to hold power button down to reset.

its hard to see but its kinda blue bars vertically across the screen and its frozen

Although a HD7750 uses very little power, I know of no "500W" CM PSUs I'd let anywhere near one of my systems. Even though it's probably good for no more than 430W (less if it isn't brand new), it still should be enough. If the card works for your friend though, this is the next piece to check.
Also run Memtest86+ on your RAM.
You need to provide your full system specs to have any hope of getting a useful answer. Include the brand and model (not just wattage) of your PSU. You mentioned BF3, so presumably this is a Wintel system? How much RAM? Have you tested it? What are your temps? Are all cooling fans running?

Its an amd system A10 5800k cpu 3.8ghz and a radeon hd 7750, 500w coolmaster psu, 8gb ram. But i think its the grafix card goin out cause i tried to go back a driver and did a restart and resolution went back to 800x600 it ran like another update or something and needed to restart again. It booted up to a black screen and i would power down and tried like 2 more times and nothing so i just took out the grafix card and booted off the internal 7660hd cpu grafix and i havent frozen yet, so i think it might be the card ima take it to a a buddy and try an run it and see if we game same results.
