Second HDD on Device Manager, but can't enable?

Not sure what exactly to say but It won't come up on my computer, its on device manager.

I have:
C: Simple | Basic | NTFS (This is my SSD)
System Reserved | Simple |Basic | NTFS. Also says 100 MB? (Below it, its drive 2 with 2TB)
I can convert to GPT Dick/Dynamic Disk?
Can also add a drive letter to it. (But not Drive D? I had a CD in and it was being recognized as D: awhile ago)

Its my HDD, and i'm not sure how to get it working. I tried to format it and it says i can't format a system partition.

It looks like you installed windows to the ssd with the hdd installed for which windows will write boot files to the HDD.
If after the 100mb partition on the HDD is says unallocated, you can rt click in this field to initialize (format) the remainder.

You can move the system reservered and boot files by either reinstalling windows with the HDD disconnected or by creating a 100mb partition at the end of the SSD (you may have to shrink the existing partition), disconnect the HDD, and then boot off the installation disk and run repair.


edit, you can assign D: to the hdd by first changing the drive letter assigned to your optical drive. Rt click on the dvd drive and then select 'change drive letter'.
