Well, on one link there is explained that producer use different aspect ratio. So, on certain aspect ratio you will have this, black borders, on a different you won't. You can zoom in to get rid of this borders, but in global you can't!!
But like you said, U know how to use google. But using google and finding a solution, and understand googles findings is a little bit different things.
