dell studio wont turn on. green & black wire turns on hd & some fans.
I suspect cpu or psu, from the posts ive seen people have replaced
mboards or psupply only to find same problem. so i'm looking for what has fixed them. not what didnt work.
It seems to be a very common problem with dell studio desktop's. the solution
should be as common. what is the most likely fix
