I'm experiencing this same problem, has lasted about a month and half now. Worst offense in terms of stuttering has been in two specific games, Sonic Generations and TERA: Rising. My specs are also a Maximus VI Hero, GTX 760, i5 4670k, and 4GB Corsair Vengeance, coincidentally. I bought an Asus Xonar DSX in an attempt to remedy this issue - to no avail. Please help if you can.

I've also been having DPC latency issues, mostly with nvlddmkm.sys, cmudaxp.sys, and storport.sys.

EDIT: Just looked at LatencyMon. iusb3xhc.sys, which is the driver for the Intel eXtensible Host Controller, has just taken a spot at the highest DPC latency. Can't figure out why for the life of me, though.
