Hello,

I have been pulling my hairs off trying to fix this issue. But i still couldn't find a solution to it, so i have decided to come here and seek help.

My Windows 7 OS freezes after the welcome screen. Sometimes, the icon apps disappears and when i attempt to click on the taskbar, it turns white immediately.

It doesn't freeze during a second boot but usually on the first attempt of the day.

Can anyone help me to fix this? Could it be a bad sector on one of my hard drives? :(:(:(:(

No, it boots perfectly fine. No issues at all. I am using a i5-3470 running @ 3.6Ghz and 8GB of G-Skill 1333mhz Value RAM. 0% CPU Usage and 8% Physical (RAM) usage.

So the trouble is being caused by some programe u recently installed..or some virus(but u must have a anti virus installed..so chances are less)
boot in safe mode... and try to remove that programe that u recently installed... that u think might be causing the chaos .. :p

I don't really download anything else except my games and drivers. And i am pretty certain that there is no viruses as i ran my Malwarebytes and Avast just yesterday.

Everything startup programs else except my video card driver, my razer synapse software, Avast Anti Virus, Intel storage manager and Microsoft Security client is all disabled.

I will try to make a new thread should anything else happen. Thank you ShaBaz, have a nice day !
