Just bought this cpu cooler

Afrer 4 days only I have this problem, When starting computer the Fan produces very ugly noise (Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) at the beginning for 2 min then it runs good .
do I need to replace the Fan I bought 4 days ago ?!
