So. I have decided to take the plunge and go to SLI as my single GTX 670 is getting lag in some games and the cost of upgrading to a GTX 770 or 780 doesn't justify the lack of performance gain. When I first got my PC I got a m-atx mobo and my original GTX 670 (A PNY brand) kicked over 70 degrees really easy so I installed an aftermarket cooler. Due to this I now need to install a Extended ATX Board, which means a new case! I have a case picked out, and a mobo (see links below) and I just need help with a few more things;
1. If I get another GTX 670, do they have to the same branding (PNY) or does this not matter?
2. When running SLI with Nvidia cards, do the cards have to be clocked the same? (The GPU Clock Offset and Mem Clock Offset be the same as well as power target?)
3. Will all of the stuff below fit and work together?

MOBO: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-540-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2261
Cheers for the help!
