Which should I choose for the best?

I currently have this board GA Z87 D3HP
With i5 4570 and (2x)@667 MHz Samsung RAM which is auto underclocked by the board to 1320
and sadly part is I can't even adjust the Ram timmings. Default is 9-9-9-24. If I adjust to 8-8-8-20/22 then the system will say "OS Missing"
I have used that RAM on my socket 775 GA G41M. Manage 7-7-7-18 @1066mhz with no problem.
So I guess it's the board?

Set it up to 1333MHz with that timing and it will probably be OK.

Set it up to 1333MHz with that timing and it will probably be OK.
I did that already but I can't lower the timmings @1333Mhz and it only boots up to windows logo then blue screen of death,. After a few more try then it will say OS missing.
Tried @1066Mhz 7-7-7-20 it work,. But still windows take long time to boot,.

Thanks but instead of a new pair of RAM I can swap my 4570 to 4670k with that same amount.
Nyway @1066 7-7-7-18 boost my windows experience score for RAM all the way to 7.6 compared to 5.9 score @1333Mhz 9-9-9-24
So it seems to me that I better off with that settings?
