Hi i'm Tom My problem is that i cant overclock mu CPU anymore. Bios get reset even if i overclock only 100 Mhz. I used to overclock long time ago when it was new(PIC there):

There you have my hardware:
CPU - C2D E7200 2.53 Ghz 1.215 VID
MOBO - Gigabyte G33M-S2L
PSU - CHIEFTEC GPS-450AA-101A
RAM - Goodram DDR2 6400 800 Mhz dual channels (one older on qimonda chips)
GPU - Gigabyte HD 5750 1 GB
Things what was changed from last time when i was overclocking was:
1 piece of RAM (guaranted renwewal)
PSU (guaranted renwewal)
and i bought GPU
I tryed to do my best in solve my problem:
i read alot of guides but im doin everything right: C1E off even i was trying with speedstep off. Alot of bios setup i used.
I checked my memory with memset 86 everything is ok.
I checked CPU and memory with orthos same as above.
I checked PSU voltages - It is perfect
This what i could not check is my mobo and GPU. I have no more ideas about why i cant overclock.
My bios version is F3K
