Whats the best cheap graphic card for graphic design

Can you help me decide what the best cheap graphic card for doing digital painting and digital design. I mostly use illustrator and Photoshop CS6. So what type of video card should I pick? can you help me out guys :??: 

My Computer SPECS:

i3 2nd gen processor WINDOWS 7 64bit
ECS motherboard (MICRO ATX)
8 GB RAM

The cheapest solution is an apu, a cpu with build in gpu. There is no quality difference and it's fast enough for 2D.

I'd be less than convinced that you need a 'professional' graphics card considering the power of today's gaming cards. It somewhat depends on your current system, but if your running CS6 then I guess you already have a decent CPU and lots of memory. The PC's memory is likely to have much more to do with processing speed & stability than the GPU memory.
So unless your into 3D animations or video editing, I'd recommend a second-hand nvidia card - and an old GTX 570 with at least 1Gb memory should be more than capable of what you need at a reasonable price.
Note that CS6 does not use propriety nvidia CUDA.
