My daughters Mac Is ruining my gaming

Recently my daughter purchased a Mac Book Pro, and since she has had it, I cannot play online COD when shes online. Regardless of what she is doing she eats all my bandwidth. My set up is 80/20 with my modem connected to a dual band router. She connects to the dual band as a guest and I deprioritized her Mac, while my 360 and xbox live set to high priority. The added fact that my 360 is hardwired into my router is what makes me mad. I just be commanding the majority of the bandwidth right, I spent a lot of money on my dual band router I do believe its a 900/500 someone help me

I live in Canada and I subscribe to 80mb program. Shes not downloading at all, as we set a rule up that when I jump on COD no one can stream, or download, but as soon as she even turns her MacBook Pro on, my connection on Black Ops goes from 4 green bars to one red one, and the lag is fairly unbearable.
I live in canada and dont have the choice between a lot of providers, we only have two. My connection is fiber optic though. I dont know what else to do,

Nope no skype idling because I make sure she has it closed down completely, no streaming at all. Ive been playing and shes been siting next to me just on facebook or surfing the net and ive watched my 4 green bars drop to one red one.
