Performance drop - Sound Options (rundll32.exe) lag

After couple hours of OS running smoothly, suddenly I get FPS drop in every game. It's not temperature, it's not throttling, everything is fine.

Only problem which I found to be related to this problem is that when I right click on sound icon in bottom right corner and pick playback or recording devices I need to wait over 2 minutes to open that new window. Imidietly after starting option in task manager I can see "rundll32.exe" running but that's it. After 2 minutes window is open but performances are still poor even without cpu/gpu ussage all the way until I dont restart my PC and then it's fine for couple hours again.

If I right click on sound icon and pick "mixer" then it's open imidietly but so far "playback and recording devices" option is laging.

Can those 2 things actually be related ? And why after couple hours. I'm not doing same things after every restart and it's still happening.

So I'm not opening that option until performances in games drops, and sound options always works until that dont happen. It's not that sound options actually makes that problem.

Disabling AMD High Definition Audio Device in Controp Panel actually fix that "lag" when I open option but FPS shuttering in games is still here. Every game it's not only one. When I check memory/cpu ussage I dont see anything uncommon. Still weird.

sounds like it could be a driver issue, might want to clean install your drivers, grab the latest beta drivers and driver fusion.

uninstall the current drive and dont restart.
run driver fusion's amd driver cleaner then restart when prompted.
install newest driver as custom and only install the display and hdmi driver (install catalyst if you use crossfire)

see if this helps.

If problem appears again since I restarted pc with disabled AMD drivers for first time, I will do that. Thanks for tips. Hopefully its driver related issue. It's really random without doing anything and especially without gpu/cpu/memory usage.

I reinstalled my OS, didnt install any chipset drivers and I did install only video drivers and CCC without any other features. Seems that works fine now.
