I am pretty new to building but I finally built my own computer (AMD). I bought everything and have a decent running system but I went cheap and bought a psu/case combo and think that's why my computer is overheating. This is my setup. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

CPU - AMD 8350 (37c idle)(52c running 3/4 quality settings during diablo III)
CPU Cooler - Coolermaster Seidon 120m
Mobo -Azuz M5a97 LE R2.0
GPU - GTX 650ti 1gb
Dvd/cd drive (lite-on)
HDD - Toshiba 1tb
Case - Apevia (not sure model name)
PSU - 500w (came with case)
Ram - G.Skill Ripjaw (2x8gb) DDR3 1600
Running windows 7 ultimate
network card is on board and not sure what else I need to put on here... but basically I plug everything into one of the software sites that shows how much power you are using and it says I am running about 417 so should I buy a 650 or more? I do plan on upgrading my case as well to the HAF 932. Please let me know what you think? Thank you

I'm not sure you're overheating. See this thread for info: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1727374/official-8350-temps.html

Still, it's good that you're concerned about heat. I'd be far more concerned about your power supply; the PSUs that come bundled with cheap cases are notoriously unreliable. If and when you do start to have real problems, the PSU is the most likely culprit. Grab yourself a Seasonic or another reputable model. Search the following sites for reviews and information about power supplies:

Thanks man, looks like I actually messed with my bios settings and must of switched my AI tweak to manual from auto not really sure how it happened but it seems to have addressed my unstable CPU issue and the Seidon cooler seems to have done the trick to fix the overheating CPU... I am looking into buying a new case and PSU regardless because I would like more airflow in my case and would like to do some more upgrading.
