I need a Motherboard that can handle all of that, and for the total to be under 500 bucks. P.S is this a good build to you? Any suggestions to make it cheaper/values i cannot miss? I just wanna game on 1080p with most games High/Ultra and older games maxed.

Get dual channel 8GB. It's true that you only need 4GB for gaming but don't you want to multi-task?
