Hello everyone. I been having trouble with transferring files from my desktop (connected directly to router with a gigabit connection) and another desktop that is connected via wireless N. The files are being transferred from a sata III hard drive to another sata III hard drive. The problem is I'm only getting about 5MBs. Which is really slow compare to the capability of the equipment. I am transferring files using the homegroup. Is there any way to enable faster transfer? or maybe a different method?

grab inssider and stick it on the pc that is wireless connected and check what channels all your neighbours are on and put your wireless on the least congested channel and see if it helps.
