I would suggest backing up your settings and try a hard reset on the router. To do this, there should be a small button either on the backside next to the ports or on the bottom side. You may need a pencil to engage the button fully (hold this down for about five seconds). A second option unfortunately is that the power outage may have caused some physical damage to the router, thereby disabling the wireless capability. Hopefully this is not the case and the reset does the trick, but in the off chance, what kind of outlet was your router plugged into at the time of the outage?
