good micro atx boards for AMD chips are rare... for a big 6 core phenom it's even rarer.

If you plan to overclock your best option is probably a GA-78LMT-USB3 however it only has 6 SATA II, if overclocking is not your goal then an ASUS M5A88-M is probably your best bet, as it has 6 SATA III plugs.

as i said, the pickings are slim in the mATX form-factor.
