Video cuts off after login

A couple of days ago I've experienced problems with my PC. First my mouse was hiccuping, then I'd login to the desktop and a few seconds in my video feed would cut off. I'd restart numerous times until it would come back on. I reset the RAM and the GPU with no luck. Just today (after resetting the GPU) the video feed cut off and then my PC restarted itself. I've tried uninstalling the GPU from Device Manager, restarting the PC for it to load the drivers with no luck. I'm running Windows 7. Any advice? Also, my CPU is running at ~30C. So I don't think it's overheating.

Could someone please help me? I've got more to work with, I've already been through the steps to make sure it isn't petty things (there's a list on this site). Whenever the video cuts off the mouse and keyboard freeze (meaning I can't get any lights that weren't already on to work on the keyboard). Also, it takes a power drain (holding the power button while power supply isn't connected to wall) to get anything to work. Also, reseating the GPU helps.
