Hi I Was just Wanting To know How To Put My Power Icon on My Notifications Bar When I Go to the control panel it wont even let me click the battery icon to hide or show it plz help

You could also try the following:
On the system tray (bottom right hand corner) click on the little arrow (next to the Action Center flag), then click on Customize, then click on Turn system icons on or off (this is at the bottom of the screen) and then change the setting for Power from Off to On.
