bf3 and fraps giving me horrible stutter durring playback

when i use fraps during bf3 i get the usual performance drop of 10 fps but when i look back on the films they are un watchable and like 2fps. anyone know why or how i can fix this? its really annoying

Solved it. It wasnt because of bf3 it was just because thats the game i wanted to record full size. It was my media player and bit rate issue. I was using vlc and it couldnt handle it.
