Suggestions on what my custom build PC is worth

Hello, I hope this is the right forum. I recently bought a Alienware Laptop and am looking to sell my PC to a few people at work. But I want to give them a fair price. Suggestions on what my build is worth would be helpful. I'm selling probably to a Dr. at work. He's not a close friend or anything so I just want it to be as fair as possible. Here are my specs and parts.

    PC's have REALLY bad resale.

You might get $400 TOPS with the keyboard. I wouldn't buy it for more than $300 though. that CPU/GPU combo can be had for like $240 NEW. that PSu is junk, and the motherboard is an old chipset.
  2. pretty tough. it's 2 generations old of used stuff. For the stuff that's still new, RAM is worth about $75 new, the HDD $70 new, and the case is worth $60 new, so together used you could get $110 for it, CPU/Mobo about $200, Graphics about $75.

The keyboard new is $80, Windows is already on the HDD, and the PSU isn't great. If you're looking for a fair number, ask $400-450.

(also, don't know why the first response guy said CPU/GPU combo... ... very odd)
  3. Thanks for the help. I spent about a thousand on it, but figured since it's been well over a year it was maybe worth $500.00. So I guess I wasn't that far off.
